I thought that the first speaker was actually very knowledgable as to what he was saying. I think it’s good to think about your consequences before you act, and I support any program that aids in helping people do so.
Like the 2nd lady in this video, I agree with her Exercise should be the healthy habit which has had the biggest impact on my life. I worked hard to get myself fit for the sports I love to play and I’ve got over-weight now but I dream of playing it one day super-fit.

Staying in shape is never a bad idea. Keeps you feeling good.
