Yes, a couple of times. I’ve tried simple calorie restriction and I’ve also been on the Zone diet. The Zone diet type plan seemed more effective in keeping me fit, but also more difficult to stick to. In the long run, just restricting calories is effective enough… and much easier to stick with!
I am on a diet now. The Special K diet. It seems to be ok . I am not seeing results yet but I am just starting it. I have not been on any other diet before.
I’m surprised at how many people haven’t been on diets. The most successful I’ve experienced (in keeping weight off for a long time) is counting calories. It’s basic math- burning more calories than you consume!
Yes, I have been on a few diets. I tried the Slim Fast Diet and the Fat Smash diet. I preferred the Fat Smash Diet, and felt better after trying it, although the weight didn’t stay off. Now I am doing it the old fashioned way – eating better and exercising!
Love your site’s TV feature integrating nicely with the blog. Alright commenting on the topic, No I have never ever been on a diet! I had to lose weight so I chose to join gym and work out heavily. I used to work very very hard in the gym and then come home and ofcourse hungry, eat without caring much. But still I lost a lot of weight, if you watch what you eat a bit and exercise regularly, you may lose weight without harming your body.
I am dieting but no specific diet plan. I don’t even have any exercise regimen. I only sweat out by doing the household chores or walking. Works for me.
